The Event Provider may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of guests and may refuse entry to individuals or to large items of luggage without refund or compensation.  

Prohibited items:

• Alcohol

• Canes (except those needed for mobility)

• Food (except as agreed with our Access team for medical reasons) 

• Animals/Pets (except service animals)

• Audio recording devices

• Blowtorches

• Chairs

• Drones

• Pyrotechnics 

• Drugs, drug paraphernalia and other illegal substances

• Food hampers/cool bags/ boxes

• Flammables

• Torches

• Smoke bombs 

• Lasers

• Flares 

• Balloons

• Bicycles

• Professional/disposable cameras

• Fireworks

• Promotional items/unauthorised solicitations/vendors (including flyers, samples giveaways)

• Selfie sticks/tripods

• Legal highs

• Aerosols

• Airhorns

• Gas Canisters 

• Sound systems (including personal speakers)

• Laser equipment and/ or pens

• Flags on poles

• Megaphones

• Spray cans 

• Weapons of any kind (including replicas)

• Video cameras
